It is fully air-conditioned with a substantial living area, a large kitchen and dining room with separate lounge and formal dining area. The property can comfortably accommodate 14 adults (including a sofa bed in the living room) or a combination of adults and children of all ages. The property also boasts 6 bedrooms, 4 with en-suite and split as 4 doubles and 2 twins. All bedrooms have TV/DVD, huge closets and plenty of storage space.

Outside is a fabulous, over sized, heated, private pool with 8’ bubbling spa which overlooks a conservation area. The over sized deck accommodates substantial outdoor seating, tables and sun loungers. There is also a covered linai (porch) which provides welcome relief from the Florida sun whilst still being outside. There is adequate private car parking.

If the attractions of Disney and other parks was not enough the home also has a fabulous, fully air-conditioned games room which includes a full size pool table, air hockey table, table football, stereo system and PS2 games console with games. It’s a room to look after all children, however old they are. There is also a good selection of other games if you have time for them

The home is 10 minutes from the world famous Disney World and15 minutes from the stunning Sea World and the breath taking, and dazzling, attractions of Universal Studios Florida

Numerous restaurants, shops and night life are 10 minutes from the home and the world famous “I Drive” is 15 minutes away.

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room area. This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The ground floor is fully accessible for wheel chair users or people who have difficulty walking or climbing stairs. There is a fully equiped downstairs bedroom and toilet so long as the user can transfer from a chair without the use of a hoist 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
