This 3 bedroom ground floor condo has been interior designed by one of Orlando's leading Interior designers and offers you pure bliss while you soak up the sun.

Excellent maintained gardens and a perfect club house on the edge of the heated pool and when it comes to noise there is none, not a dicky bird - i couldn't believe it when i first stayed their and ever since then , its so quiet its heaven.

The pool in the day has a few children playing sometimes but in the evening you could be in the middle of the forrest.

The patio outside has a table and chairs and a small BBQ i leave their for my guests.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

Pets are not welcome

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, tennis.

Close to the apartment you will find horse riding, golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find a zoo.

Orlando is just one big Playground aswell as having the most amazing Golf right on your doorstep
