Palm Ridge Villa is a new 4 bedroom villa in the sought after Sandy Ridge community. The villa boasts nearly 2000 sq ft internal living space making it among the largest in Sandy Ridge.

Palm Ridge Villa is luxuriously furnished. Master suite with king sized bed and en-suite bath and separate shower cubicle. Second master suite with queen sized bed and en-suite facility. Two further twin bedrooms. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room allowing this villa to sleep a total of 10.

Palm Ridge Villa has two living rooms, a formal dining area (sitting 6) and a separate breakfast area (sitting 4). There is a 27" TV with cable tv, DVD player, VCR, Playstation 2 in the living room. A selection of Playstation 2 games and board games are provided for your enjoyment. Both master suites have TVs.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, over, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher and a full set of dishware and cutlery. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

The heated swimming pool is facing westwards towards conservation woodlands and affords your party privacy while you relax in the Floridian sun.
 

Florida is a beautiful state with sunshine for most of the year. There is plenty to enjoy for the whole family - beaches, theme parks, dinner shows, shopping, dining etc.
 

Palm Ridge Villa is located in the community of Sandy Ridge. Convieniently located off the SR 532, it is in a very restful setting but nearby to shops and restaurants.

Walt Disney World is a short 10-15 mins drive away. Other popular attractions such as Universal Studios and Seaworld are only 25 mins away.

Nearby there is the Championsgate resort area where you will find golf courses, restaurants and shops. The restaurants and shops on the Highway 192 are also a short drive away.
 

A selection of Playstation 2 and board games are available. A code-operated safe is provided for your use.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
