Welcome to our new spacious 3100 sq ft villa in the exclusive Legacy Park community, Orlando. This prestigious, fully air-conditioned, luxury 5 bedroom 3 bathroom villa offers all the amenities necessary for the perfect vacation.

The villa is ideally situated for all parks -> less than 12 minutes from Disney's new West Gate and some of the best golf Florida has to offer at Champions Gate and the award winning Southern Dunes. Restaurants and Supermarkets are all within easy reach. 

The villa has a larger than average 30ft x 15ft screened pool (optionally heated) and fabulous spa, presented in a south facing setting.

What better way to relax after a hot day in the parks or playing golf, than enjoying the peaceful and tranquil surroundings of Legacy Park. Choose to soak up the sun on the extended decking or sip a cool drink under the ample covered lanai. 

Our vacation home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably. All fixtures and fittings have been chosen with care to provide maximum comfort and everything you could possible need to ensure you have the perfect holiday memories to treasure forever.

The design of the property and bedroom positions ensure that all guests can spend as much or as little time together as they wish, making this the ideal retreat for multi family occupancy 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the family room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, fishing, scuba diving, shopping areas.

fiona says: "the villa was lovely and clean inside and nicely furnished however we felt that whoever is looking after the property let it down slightly .when we arrived at the front door it was covered in cobwebbs round the door frame with lotsof dead flies in it which was off putting first impressions and all around pool screen was the same .we waited a few days to see if anyone clened up but when they didnt my husband had to find a broom and clean it himself.not what we had planned to do on the first few days of our holidays !!!the smallest of things can be really anoying when you have paid a little extra for the best possible comfort and relaxation.the front light also wasnt working so it was really dark coming home at night and on our booking form we were told we had to be out by 11am but received a call at 10.15 asking us if we were about ready to leave as a cleaner was on her way !!!not major problems but clumped together really disappointing.we felt sorry for the owners as they had created a beautiful home and someone was ruining there reputation .they were so nice and helpfull when booking and with so much competition out there the cleaners were letting them down .but overall really nice villa a bit far out for us but ok if you dont mind 20mins on to your journey.we would recommend this house if the management company get their act together ."
