This is situated to the back of the house and is absolutely massive. It has a wall of large windows which lets in lots of lovely Florida sunshine! It is extremely stylish and furnished to a very high standard. It has a HUGE flat screen TV (with Uk channels inc PREMIERSHIP FOOTBALLl!!!), DVD Player, video player, music system and lots more. A ceiling fan hangs overhead to keep you all cool while you relax in our premium class villa. There are two separate dining areas, one situated by the pool entrance and one at the front of the house. Both are adjacent to the kitchen area. The dining areas contain a dining table and 6 chairs each. The kitchen has everything you are ever likely to need - large self cleaning oven, microwave, huge fridge / freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc etc.
Just off the kitchen is the Utility Room which contains a large washing machine and separate dryer. An ironing board and iron are also provided so you can keep on top of your groups washing and return home with a suitcase full of clean clothes!
 

The master suite is HUGE. It has a US King Size bed (6ft wide), walk in closet, flat screen TV and DVD player and remotes, alarm clock radio and ceiling fan and chaise long . It looks out over the beautiful lake and conservation view. The en-suite bathroom has a massive walk-in shower, separate toilet, two vanity units and a big oval bath tub. The upstairs den boasts a pc with full internet access.
A large double bedroom overlooks the front of the home, with two further twin rooms.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
