Our luxury 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa with pool, spa and games room is situated in the exclusive Orange Tree community. Located on Route 27, only 2 minutes from the 192, our villa is only 10-15 minutes easy drive from the Disney World Resort and a whole host of shops, bars, restaurants, and other premier Orlando attractions.  

This beautifully spacious home with modern floor plan, appliances, decor and upgraded furniture is also blessed with the Florida sun all day on the large private pool and jacuzzi. This home consists of a master bedroom with a ridiculously large ensuite bathroom with pool view, a double room with ensuite and 2 twin rooms. Our brand new Mickey room is great for any Disney fan. We have a PC with free internet and offer free worldwide phone calls.

This home also has its own games room to help keep the children occupied while you relax around the pool enjoying Florida evenings. We have many baby facilities including a cot, highchair and lightweight strollers for your use. This executive home is situated on an oversized lot on a very desirable community (tennis / basketball courts, childrens playground) located only minutes away from all Disney attractions. 

Our villa boasts exceptionally large tastefully decorated living space and comes complete with all the expected modern amenities including 4 bedrooms (sleeping space for 10 adults), 3 bathrooms (2 en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, climate control air conditioning, cable televisions, DVD and CD player, Sony Playstation, security deposit box and a screened pool and spa with large covered patio, outdoor furniture and BBQ.  

Community facilities include tennis & basketball courts, playing field & childrens playgrounds. Sports equipment provided includes golf clubs, tennis rackets, balls and pool toys. Games room includes pool table, table tennis, foosball and darts etc.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Family room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
