With the convenient location in the city of Pigeon Forge you will be close to all of the action, but yet far enough away from the main parkway. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for making your meals or for snacking. Cozy up and enjoy a fire while watching your favorite shows or movies. After a hard day of playing in town, go upstairs and relax in the private oversized Jacuzzi tub or outside on the deck and enjoy the large hot tub and for those hot days of summer, take a short walk to the pool and cool off. If your family or group are looking for vacation rentals near each other, then look no further. Hummingbird Chalet, Rose Cottage, and Birchwood are next to each other for this convenience.

The cottage comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 2 cots. The property also has 2 double sofa beds. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the cottage cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The cottage has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque.
