The house was built by us three years ago and is wooden of Scandinavian design. Inside there is a lot of wood including floors and ceilings. All the downstairs rooms have wooden shutters. It is 120 square metres inside on two floors. There is a large terrace 9x3 metres at the back, south facing with a table and seating for six, a hammock and sun blinds. We spend most of the time on the terrace. Inside the rooms are well furnished. Downstairs there are 2 x double rooms (3x3 metres) with wardrobes, drawers and bedside tables. Upstairs there are three rooms, a single (2x3) and two doubles (3x3.5). You have to enter one of these double rooms through the other. One has a double bed the other a double and a single sofa bed. The single and the double rooms have wardrobes, mirors, small tables and bedside tables. Most of the furniture is from IKEA. The beach is a ten minute walk along a off-road track. 

The Kitchen has everything you need including cooker, fridge and dishwasher. There is also a toaster, blender and a coffee machine. The dining area is part of the kitchen and has an extendable table and six chairs. The living area has a L-shaped sofa (also a bed), a rocking chair and a TV with sateliite. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink and heated towel rail. All heating is by eletricity and the water is always hot. There is a small washing machine in the bathroom.  

The garden is large and mainly laid to lawn with a shed at the bottom. There is a croquet set and a badmington set. At the side is a large vegetable garden and near the terrace is a permanent grill for use. The house has a burgular alarm that is linked to a local security company that will come to the house if the alarm is activated. There are two electric thermostatically controlled heaters downstairs that normally are not needed in summer, but if turned on quickly warm the house. All electricity and water is included in the rental price as is linen and pre and post cleaning. There is a local manager who looks after the house and garden.

The house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 1 single. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the In one of the upstairs double rooms, 2 double sofa beds located in the In the lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people.

The house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The house has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the house you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, walking, cycling, horse riding, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find fishing, tennis.

Canoeing, sea boat trips, spa treatments.

In Dzwirzyno, there is a hotel with an indoor pool, sauna, cinema and bowling.

Just a wanted to thank you for the let of your House.
It was a wonderful comfortable place and we had everything we needed.
The weather was super for us and my partners father enjoyed watering the grass every day!! Poland was a different experience for a holiday thats for sure.

I'm sure i will go again and get to see more.
