We are located on a gently sloping ampitheatre overlooking the Costa Paradiso. Very nice for couples, families and singles. The cottage apartment is ideal for 2 to 4 people.  

This coastal resort of cottages and single storey apartments has a traditional Sardinian village look and feel. You have the use of a beautiful apartment that sleeps 2 to 4 people comfortably, with access to a private beach plus use of swimming pools, tennis courts; kid’s clubs and health spa.

The apartment front door leads to a living area and open kitchen and then onto a large terrace with granite table for alfresco eating, with panoramic views of the gardens and direct sea views. It is tastefully furnished and finished with paintings specially commissioned to reflect the colours and style of this very natural unspoilt, and sensitively landscaped countryside.

 

The first 10 bookings in the 2008 season will be given free Club Cards (we are currently at booking number 6). Club Card holders enjoy the following at no additional cost:

Most low cost and normal airlines have numerous routes to Sardinia. Especially to Olbia and Alghero, both within easy reach of our property.

The nearest airport is Olbia (very good from Gatwick and Stansted) and, Alghero is about the same distance and very popular with UK travellers.
 

The cottage comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 2 cots. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The cottage has television. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a dish washer. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The cottage is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The cottage is right beside a beach, swimming, walking, cycling, tennis, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the cottage you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, mountain biking, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites.

Within easy reach of the cottage you will find a theatre/cinema.
