The house has everything you may need for a perfect holiday, if you want to relax you have a huge pool and a big garden. If you want sightseeing why not visiting one of the most interesting places in the south of Spain birthplace of Don Juan, Carmen and even two famous Roman Emperors, Trajan and Adrian were born in Seville.
 

If you want to try local TAPAS only 500m there is a bar but if you prefer something more elaborate there are excellent restaurants only 3 km away , of couse there are well provided supermarkets and shopping centers to enjoy an al fresco dinner in the garden.
There is a bus service with Seville centre so you do not need a private car , although it would be advisable if you want to do some fascinating excursions to Cordoba ,Granada, Jerez or Ronda

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Michael says: "This villa is being marketed as being in a very quiet area when in fact the house next door is being completely renovated.We suffered builders drills,electric saws,constant hammering,diesel fumes from lorries and cranes lifting concrete reinforced beams, dumper trucks and builders radios blaring heavy metal music and all just 20 feet from the terraces-Monday to Friday and from 8.00 a.m until 3.00p.m.daily. This work began weeks before our arrival (third week of June 2008) and IS DUE TO CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER AND AT LEAST UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2008. There is,of course no mention of this on the website NOR WERE WE INFORMED OF ANY OF THIS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE WE RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO HAS BOOKED THIS PROPERTY FOR ANY TIME DURING THIS PERIOD YOU CUT YOUR LOSSES AND CANCEL YOUR BOOKING NOW!!!!! The villa has no information pack-not even an emergency number for a local doctor WHICH IS WHOLLY UNACCEPTABLE .The owners relative-who received us couldnt even give us the telephone number of a local taxi firm which we needed urgently on arrival so as to get to a supermarket for weekend supplies.(NO WELCOME PACK either) The nearest supermarket/food shop requires a Euro 32.00 round taxi trip.Seville city centre costs over Euro 60.00 return by taxi and takes up to half an hour to reach.Air conditioning not up to much and noisy.Sole facility within walking distance-quoted on website as tapas bar is nothing better than unattractive cafe which serves as estates social club and is closed every Monday. Only positive is that villa is well cleaned before guest arrival and adequately equipped. Weve returned stressed,annoyed and really heartbroken Needless to say-WORST HOLIDAY EVER AND WE COULDNT WAIT TO GET HOME. "
