Apartment Hotel Sydney are executive designer apartment accommodation located within a boutique residential apartment development, which was designed by world renowned architects Engelen Moore. The building is unique in design, has won International design awards, has featured in several International and local designer magazines and books, standing out as a designer icon with its distinctive funky orange facade.

Apartment Hotel has two types of apartment accommodation. Premium 2 Bedroom Apartments, which are funky two bedroom, two bathroom loft style apartments, and the Superior Apartments, which are sub-penthouse style apartments, with two bedrooms, one massive bathroom and great views.

 

Double storey with lofty 6 metre high ceilings in the living areas. Wall to wall glass doors open out to your own private terrace with views out to Sydney City's trendy Inner East.
Sleek kitchens are full size and fully equipped with all modern appliances and cooking utensils.
Lounge areas are open plan with 27" LCD TV and surround sound home theatre system.
Two massive terraces, one off the master bedroom, the other off the lounge area.
Master bedrooms have a king bed (can be separated) & open out to guests own private extra large terrace retreat overlooking Oxford Street. The second bedrooms are funky loft style with double beds and massive built ins.
Two oversized bathrooms, the ensuite with full bathtub & shower, and the main with double size shower. All bathrooms have beautiful L'Occitane French toiletries. Hairdryer included.
Large office with desk and IDD/STD telephone (local calls are complimentary), internal laundry, with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
 

Minimum Stay Restrictions for Special Event Periods. No cancellations permitted and bookings need to be paid for in full at time of booking. 

Each Premium Apartment has two terraces. The balcony off the lounge area gets city views, and the second terrace off the master bedroom gets views over Oxford Street.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television and home cinema with dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say a big big thankyou for letting us stay at 150. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute we were there for. It was more than I expected - and I expected alot! =)

The apartment was (and is) awesome. It has set the standard for all of my friends! I will have no hesistation in referring 150 to all my friends in the future, and I - personally - plan on staying there again (and again!)

Thankyou for being so accomodating. It made the entire process much easier on my part.

Oh and again, i'm so sorry about the late check-out.
