This 3 room apartment has a full gourmet kitchen with the latest stainless steel appliances......There is a combined living and dining area with modern, quality timber, glass and leather furniture...LCD TV polished timber floors with plush rugs...original Australian art and an extensive library.Included FREE is Cable TV...Broadband internet connection and local telephone.

The queensize bedroom has ample storage, safe and very high quality linen.

The ensuite bathroom again has quality fixtures and fittings with your own personal washer/dryer.

There is also an undercover tree top deck with additional dining facilities and BBQ with night lights. All this overlooks the wonderful Australian bushland.

Swimming pool and cabana. This also has dining facilities, a further BBQ and night lights.

As we only cater for 1 couple at a time there is no sharing of facilities

Our Sydney Holiday Apartment is set in this environment. with abundant birdlife it also adjoins a National Park with bushwalks that can originate from your front door it allows guests to relax after a busy days exploring Sydney.

PERSONAL TOURS....Sydney has literally 100s of locations to visit and explore, many of which are unknown to most travellers. Also there are 100s of kilometers of waterways surrounding Sydney again many of which are inaccesible to those without access to a boat... This is a unique opportunity for guests to partake of tours to these locations. Your hosts have a 4WD and Boat and these locations can be visited on a daily tour basis.

This Sydney Holiday Apartment is large (100sqm) and is situated on Sydneys prestigious North Shore. Just 30min from the city it adjoins a National Park and built in the tree tops with wonderful bushland views.. This affords absolute seclusion and privacy and the enjoyment of a huge array of bird life that visit each day. As we only cater for 1 couple at a time there is no sharing of amenities. Within minutes of a large shopping complex and direct rail service to the city.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
