This luxury 2 bedroom beachside villa with mountain views and an 11 jet spa bath on Cairns northern beaches, is only a hop, skip and a jump from the Trinity Beach waterfront and its pub/restaurants/cafes, and surrounded by high fences for the ultimate private tropical retreat holiday. A second beach with magnificent beach, island and mountain views is only 5 minutes walk away.

Every comfort has been provided for to make sure you enjoy your beachside holiday. Even internet access, picnic and some sporting supplies, a library of books, videos and board games!

It has an air conditioner and ceiling fans throughout. The house has been recently totally renovated and has jarrah wooden flooring and quality tiles with new kitchen and bathroom. Outside there is a paved patio area with a 4 burner gas bbq and stylish wooden outdoor furniture, and an aboveground pool with gazebo and bar in a tropical setting. It is a peaceful area, with birds singing in the trees throughout the day.

The kitchen has a large refrigerator, dishwasher, fanforced oven, cooktop (stove), microwave, and many smaller appliances (water cooler, blender, food processor, milk shake maker, etc). The exotic wooden dining setting seats 6, and there is a variety of kitchenware for the entertainer (yes, even cocktail glasses). The lounge room has high quality wooden furniture and leather lounge, tv, with dvd/video/cd facilities.

The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a trundle bed (two singles), tv and video, and bookcase of board games, books, videos and DVDs for you to use during your stay. There is a lock up garage to park your hire car, and washing machine and dryer.

Linen is supplied, including beach towels. The gardens and pool will be tended to regularly. We offer free high-speed ADSL internet access for your laptop and free local telephone calls. A cot and highchair are also available if required free of charge.

Trinity Beach main bus stop is just around the corner (where the tour buses stop for Great Barrier Reef, rainforest and adventure tours), and there are several golf clubs, a yacht club, footy club, tennis club, bowling club, gym, shopping centres, etc, nearby. Trinity Beach is an upmarket beach suburb of Cairns; a 20 minute drive from the city centre of Cairns.

A great choice for a holiday, perfect for corporate clientele, and a delightful base for people seeking short-term accommodation while they are looking for a property to purchase or stay in the long-term.
 

Trinity Beach is only a 15 minute drive from Cairns international and domestic airports, and 20 minutes from Cairns city centre. There are taxis and shuttle services available from the airports to take you to and from your accommodation. Hire cars can also be arranged at the airport. The Trinity Beach bus stop into town or the other beaches is just around the corner.

There are a number of golf/country clubs in the vicinity and sailing clubs where you can go out with the boat owners for a social twilight sail (or if youre feeling adventurous, you can crew in a race). In Trinity Beach you can also play tennis or try your hand at barefoot bowls! Trinity Beach has its own supermarket, butcher, newsagent, post office, medical services, gym, bottle shop, hairdressers, clothing shops, bakery, takeaway shops, etc, and only 5 minutes away there are larger shopping centres if you need more variety. 

Cairns has a casino (with a rooftop dome wildlife attraction), excellent shopping, art galleries, a museum, theatre, cinemas, wildlife parks, aboriginal cultural park, cable car, national parks, and the Great Barrier Reef, a multitude of islands and adventure activities (cable skiing, jungle swing, bungy jumping, white water rafting, skydiving, ATV's, paragliding, sea kayaking - the list is endless - how long did you say you were staying?).

Taking a drive up north, you can visit Port Douglas (about 40 minutes), the world heritage listed Daintree National Park, Cape Tribulation and perhaps you might want to take a cruise to check out the crocodiles and other wildlife (snakes and all!) that inhabit the Daintree River.

To the west you can visit the Atherton Tablelands, the crater lakes (yes, they were volcanoes), waterfalls and rainforest retreats.

That is, of course, if you want to venture out, you may just wish to while away your days on the beach, using the bbqs available for the public, sampling the cuisine in the beachfront restaurants or sipping on a drink or two in the pub or bar at Trinity Beach. It’s a very special place to be at full moon, absolutely stunning! (What a great romantic getaway idea!)

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a west facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, flying, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, a zoo, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, climbing, mountain biking, scuba diving, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Very reasonably priced, plenty of room and the outdoor areas are all comfortably relaxing. Would happily stay at Trinity Tropical Oasis again and have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends.
