The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 3 single sofa beds located in the Single mattresses can be added to each bedroom, 1 double sofa bed located in the Queen matress in the draped off card room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
