This lovely villa has three good sized bedrooms - two doubles, one with an en-suite bathroom and a twin room. In a delightful area that can be used as a central base for sightseeing - within a mile of the entrance to the national park. The villa has a large garden, most of which is lawn, a large 9x4m pool and second smaller pool with seating. There is a barbecue built into the wall outside kitchen which is quite sheltered. It is very private and can barely be seen from the road, but can be found easily. Well equipped for families that want to get away from it all.  

Bars, restaurants and local amenities all a short drive away. 2 bars and one restaurant and local shop with all the essentials within a few minutes walking distance. Beautiful local beaches a close walk (400m). 2km from the town of Olhao with water-taxi to the surrounding islands and their more tourist beaches. Many families dont hire a car and simply take the occaisional local taxi. 

 

The villa has extensive gardens and a large plot of land behind [secluded behind large hedges] also belonging to the villa which has several fruit trees including lemons, figs, pomegranets, peaches, and plums. There is a playstation with Singstar and Buzz quizzes, a poker table with cards and chips and many board games. Outdoor games include croquet and badminton. NEW for 2009 9x4m larger swimming pool, outdoor pool table, two more sun terraces, Nintendo Wii and Broadband Internet.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the One in each main bedroom. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
