This Stylish 2 bedroom houses is located in an ideal location for both families and couples. Situated in a small complex of only 15 properties surrounding a large secure communal pool and gardens. Only a 2 minute walk through the sand dunes to the blue flag award winning Rabdell beach with miles of golden sand and crystal clear Mediterranean sea. In the summer months you can wander down and chill out at the Chiringuitos ( beach bars) where you can relax or take part in one of the many sporting activities along the beach.
At the front of the house is a large terrace with table and chairs that overlook the pool so you can sit back and relax while keeping an eye on the children in the pool.
As you enter the property you walk into a stylish spacious lounge and dining area with TV DVD and music system. The good quality sofa bed gives you extra accommodation for a further 2 people if required. A hot and cold air con unit makes this accommodation suitable to enjoy our area all year round.
The open plan kitchen provides everything that you would require for your holiday- You can even forget the washing up as a dishwasher is provided for your convenience. The kitchen opens out onto a small terrace.
On the first floor the master bedroom has patio doors leading onto a private balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has twin beds both have fitted wardrobes and to ensure a good nights sleep hot and cold air con units.

 

Rabdells beach is part of our unspoilt coastline, with it´s natural sand dunes leading onto the fantastic sandy beach. This is a great place to chill out and relax or swim in the clear award winning Mediterranean Sea. In the summer months you can stroll along the beach to the beach bars and enjoy that all important outdoor living.

Oliva's Club Nautica offers sailing courses whilst sea kayaks and windsurfs can be hired on the beach.

The tree-lined boulevard, in the more modern part of town, is home to the weekly Friday market, a busy and thriving centre which offers you the chance to buy anything from fresh local produce to fashions - and of course the price is a lot cheaper than you would find in the high street. . For fish lovers there is a huge variety of locally caught fish and shell fish. To compliment most dishes there are excellent local wines that you can sample first at the local bodegas. In the restaurants try the menu del dia for around 8 euros for three courses including a bottle of wine. Then back to your sunny roof terrace or the beach for your well earned siesta
You must visit the local market where locals bring their fruit and vegetables to sell at prices that you would not believe. Do not forget that you buy by the kilo or you may get more than you bargained for!!

Many of the nearby towns and villages have markets and of course fiestas. A car would be useful to get around making the most of the area and all it has to offer

Only a 5 minutes walk is the Oliva Nova Golf 18 hole PGA championship course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros this is a well balanced course with a great deal of variety. Offering a challenge to every player and the opportunity to develop your golfing skills. is set between the white sandy beach and the impressive mountains. National golf tournaments take place here every year. Not only golf but tennis and you can soak up the relaxing atmosphere in the exclusive and spacious pool and wellness complex. Our area is know as the orange blossom coast with the vast fertile citrus groves of oranges and lemons.
If you drive 15 minutes inland you will find the Orba valley and the Jalon Valley where you can explore the winding streets with the typically Spanish white washed houses. You could sample the locally produced wines including the famous Moscatel at the local bodegas. This is without the real Spain!!
The Costa Blanca is a very popular region with visitors. Miles of award winning soft white sandy beaches shelving gently into the Mediterranean this makes a good choice for children. Benidorm is an excellent choice for wonderful sandy beaches and vibrant night life. There is an Aquapark nearby Terra Mitica and for a night out visit Benidorm Palace.
A 10 minute drive away is El Vergal safari park a good day out for any age, in the same area visit the Spanish towns of Pego, Oliva and Gandia. The area is steeped in History relax and be a part of the Spanish way of life if only for a short while.
A visit to Denia is a must whether to wander up to the hill top castle stroll around the many shops or chill out on the new marina.
Trains run between Valencia and Gandia, or a one hour drive will take you to Valencia the region’s capital. This stunning city is a must to visit, wether it be museums or the oceanographic or just shop till you drop ( into the nearest tapas bar!!) Well you have to experience the Spanish way of life!!
For a traditional Spanish night out with a traditional flamenco show a visit to Viva Espana is a must situated on the N332 20 minutes drive away.

Paul says: "The property is ideal in its location being less than 2 minutes to the beach. The house itself is in great condition and the quality of the fixtures, furniture and decor is excellent. The pool however is in need of some remedial work, with patches of tiles breaking off from the pool floor. This caused some concern to multiple of the people staying at the houses as the tiles were ending up being broken around the pool and leaving shards of sharp tile onto which children were stepping. I cannot see how the pool can go another season without being attended to When the pool issue is addressed then I would mark this property as excellent, though be advised that you need a car to drive into Oliva or the surrounding areas as there is only one resataurant in walking distance (Eurocamp) There is an ATM at Eurocamp and you can also get internet access there for 50c for 7 minutes. So if you need to maintain contact with your mail you can Overall we had a smashing time!!!"
