On this floor there is also a single bedroom with en suite shower room. An extra bed can be provided in this room.
The second floor has a twin bedded room and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed with patio doors leading to it´s own private terrace overlooking the golf course, pool and gardens.
Further accommodation on the ground floor offers a shower room and double bedroom.
The private lawned garden is a tranquil spot to relax and sunbathe. When the temperature soars you can cool off in the secluded shared pool.

Lee says: "The property is situated in Oliva Nova within close proximity to the beaches nearby and also within easy reach of the golf club. There is a small shopping area nearby with supermakert, hairdressers and other small shops. The property itself is split over 3 floors and is very bright and spacious. Decor is spanish/modern and very clean and well maintained. Facilities were good, tv, satelite and air conditioning, although we spent a lot more time out of the property then in as there is lots to do in the area. My favourite feature on the property was the two balconies/terraces, with great views of the pool, garden, surrounding Villa's and the golf area. My wife and I really enjoyed having our breakfast, lunch amd even late night dinner/drinks on the terraces. There is also a shared pool with the other 3 properties in this development. Unlike some of the other properties in the general area which are more like hotels with many families using the shared facilities this place is a lot less crowded. It's much easier to go for a private swim or arange to have a family get together round the pool. There's also a nice garden area and lounge furniture if you want to work on your tan, as well as the sunny terraces on the first and second floor of the property. The accomodation is flexible so could easily accomidate a group of friends or a large family. I found the location and property grat and would recommend/return. "
