The beautiful 12th century town of Xativa is 10 - 15min by car. The old town has a distinct feeling of Rome, with ancient streets and little coffee shops. The new town is packed with shops and restaurants. Valencia is reached by a 45 min train and is well worth a visit or two!
The local village has some very quaint shops for basic provisions, and is very typical of rural Spain.
The beach can be reached in 20 - 30 minutes.

The villa is furnished to a high standard. New kitchen with marble work surfaces, made by local craftsman. From Aug 2004 fans have been put in each bedroom. 1 twin bedroom has a double bed and single bed. Master bedroom has superking size bed. In the lounge there is a playstaion 2 with games. DVD with surround sound and selection of English films, CDs, and board Games. A selection of pool toys, boat, dolphin, lilos etc, are available for the large swimming pool. Large BBQ with BBQ area overlooking pool There is an outside pool shower providing cool water directly from the mountain and pool bathroom. * Please note that the villa is accessed by a country track which is bumpy at the start. (it is the price we pay for total seclusion)

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, cycling, mountain biking, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, golf, scuba diving.

Valencia is easily reached by local train.Departs every 15min, cost 4euro
