The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the Living Room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. steve says: "The best of everything here, accomodation, location, value for money and fantastic owners. The villa was clean, very well laid out and in a very convenient location. The pool is larger than average with sun all day. Great beaches nearby and a limitless number of restaurants and bars a 10 minute walk or 90 second taxi ride away ( they drive fast ). The best in a long line of rentals for us, it was particularly nice to have the owners nearby, cleaning the pool everyday and with plenty of good advice. We will be back. Thanks very much."
