If you are looking for the ideal holiday apartment, look no further. This brand new three bedroom apartment occupies the first and second floors of a luxury villa and shares a pool with three other villas. It is furnished to an extremely high standard, with living room/kitchen, two bathrooms and two large balconies. It sleeps six comfortably, with an additional double sofabed in the lounge if needed. You can enjoy both morning and evening sun from our two balconies, and the apartment is fully air-conditioned. You will fall in love with our master bedroom on the second floor with its circular en-suite. 

The Mediterranean 'Turquoise' coast lives up to its reputation as Turkey's premier holiday destination. Situated between the old Turkish port town of Fethiye and the 'blue lagoon' beach of Oludeniz, our apartment is set up in the higher, cooler village of Ovacik, with spectacular views towards the sea and the mountains. The local Dolmus routes go past the end of the road, to Fethiye in one direction and Oludeniz in the other, so you can benefit from a quieter environment while still being very close to all the local amenities. 

The local area boasts a wealth of attractions. Take a boat trip round the 12 islands, diving off the boat into the warm sea at every stop, and enjoy a lunchtime feast on the beach. Paraglide off Babadag mountain, go diving in the local waters, or take a jeep safari inland. Visit the historic tombs of the Lycian kings, or the abandoned Greek village of Kayakoy. Enjoy shopping in the market at Fethiye, or let your hair down in the bars and restaurants of Hisaronu. Explore the wooded mountain paths, either on foot or horseback. Or simply spend your time lazing on the beach and swimming in the sea at Oludeniz. All these are right on your doorstep. And further afield, there are regular excursions to regional attractions, such as the ancient Roman city of Ephesus, the 'cotton castle' rock pools of Pamukkale, the 17 mile long Saklikent gorge, and the Turtle beaches of Pinara and Dalyan. Whatever your interests, you will find there is something here for you. 

There are two balconies - one east facing for the morning sun, and the other west facing for the evening sun.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
