VILLA JASMINA is one of the 14 privately owned villas with in the fabulous award winning Myra community. Set around a large pool with an adjacent children’s pool shaded by pine trees. Each of the villas has their own private gardens. For your safety, security and assistance there is 24-hour management of the property complex. The staff are extremely friendly and will help you at anytime.
The villa has semi circular upper and lower terraces. SOUTH FACING. The upper terrace is equipped with wooden sun recliners, table, bench and sun parasol with fantastic views over the valley to Hissaronu and the surrounding pine forest. The lower terrace is an extremely pleasant place to eat alfresco and is equipped with a large elegant wrought iron table and 8 chairs. A small wall encloses the villa with wrought iron fence to the top. The garden is illuminated at night. Private parking for one car is available within the villa grounds.
 

On entering the villa you will find a stylish, open plan spacious home with every modern convenience. Fully fitted kitchen, light and airy with two separate doors leading onto the lower covered terrace, there is a built in BBQ for creating your own culinary delights. For your convenience there is a downstairs toilet/cloakroom. Upstairs from the landing you can choose from two double bedrooms which both open up onto the upper terrace. The third bedroom is a single bedroom. There is a fully tiled shower room to this floor. The lounge has a double sofa bed to accommodate a further two people. AIR CONDITIONING is fitted to the lounge and to all the bedrooms.

The region is rich in history and natural unspoilt beauty, with its people friendly and warm. It is also a wonderful place to stroll and shop for jewellery and mementos. There is a weekly market with everything from exotic spices, fresh fruits and veg grown in the local sun to an array of authentic designer clothing.

There are some wonderful places to visit such as the Saklikent valley, some 44 km south of Fethiye. A cool refuge on hot sunny days. Perfect for a picnic with rustic restaurants serving delectable fresh trout, or take a boat trip to Butterfly Island, a memorable day out. For the more daring try your hand at paragliding at the world famous blue lagoon just 20 minutes away. You will be fascinated by a trip to the ghost town and the beauty of Kaya valley a village abandoned by the Greeks many years ago. Sale across to Rhodes for the day from Fethiye harbour and enjoy the sun on your face and the wind in your hair.
 

Sofa bed to lounge for 2 people,Sun loungers provided for use around the pool. Wooden recliners,table chairs and bench for use on the upstairs terrace. Lower terrace equiped with elegant large wrought iron table and chairs for the option for outside dining.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 single. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
