The apartment is located in Los Altos which is 10 minutes from Torrevieja on the Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca
It is a 2 bed 1 bathroom first floor apartment. (Sleeps up to 5/6 )

The living area has a three seater and two seater sofa and an attractive wall unit with plenty of storage space.There is a dining table with chairs. A ceiling fan and a free standing heater are also provided. There is a TV with 34 channels including all the main UK, two Irish, 4 Spanish, Sky Sports, Movies etc. plus 14 radio channels.
A door way leads through to the modern kitchen which has fitted units and comes with and oven & hob, extractor, microwave oven and fridge freezer.
The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan.
The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin with vanity unit and mirror, w.c and bidet.
The balcony off the lounge has a table and chairs and overlooks the swimming pool
This apartment is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking implements, crockery and cutlery. All the necessary bedding and towels are also provided.
