The villa is located on Pinada Golf 1 on the renowned Villamartin Resort, It is a five minute drive to three Championship Golf Courses, and a ten minute walk to Villamartin Plaza where you will find a host of bars and restaurants offering international cuisine. La Zenia beach is a five minute drive by car, Cabo Roig and Campoamar beaches are a further five minutes away. Torrevieja Town is fifteen minutes by car, here you will find a good selection of shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and by night the unusual Hippie Market for all your keepsakes. Further down the coast is the world famous La Manga Resort, where you can visit and soak up the atmosphere or perhaps play a round of golf if you require. Villamartin lies approximately twenty five kilometres ( twenty mins.) away from Murcia airport, however more flights tend to go to Alicante which is approximately sixty kilometres ( forty mins.) away.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
