Halfway between Alicante and Murcia airports, less than 15 minutes from Guardamar beach (the best on the Costa Blanca) this tranquil, five star resort with a fantastic 18 hole championship golf course and panoramic mountain ranges in view. Our house is brand new and fully equipped for both serious golfers and serious family holidaymakers. You will require a rental car, although we can arrange for airport transfers upon request. The pool is large and directly outside the front door. Towns and nightlife are just a short (15mins)drive away for those who want that, but the sleepy (but very Spanish) village of Algorfa is a few minutes away. 

 

 

The property is secluded and private, with electric gates and a large community pool literally right outside the front door, with private solarium and gardens.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, walking, golf, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the house you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the house you will find sailing, fishing, a sports center, a museum.

Alan says: "Having stayed on this complex before, we knew what to expect from the surrounding area. The house only served to reinforce our views. The access to local facilities is improving all the time as different businesses open on the Commercial Centre which mean a short walk instead of a drive into any of the local towns. The house was wonderfully appointed and we will be back with other members of our family! The sun Terrace was excellent for being able to sit out whilst keeping an eye on the youngster and the pool is 5 steps from the front door! The Baybrooks Restaurant is a must but make sure you book! Thanks to the local staff who were available to assist when we needed them."
