This luxury apartment is an oasis of calm and quiet in a busy and hurried world, with the sunshine and micro climate of the Costa Blanca. Listen to the water lap in the pool and the Swallows sing in the sunshine or watch sailboats bob around on the Med, in the distance.....whilst the beaches and busier bars/restaurants are only a few minutes away.

To help you relax and feel right at home, the spacious lounge/diner offers comfortable Italian leather couches and modern contemporary solid wood/granite furnishings. Media/entertainment includes a good quality TV and DVD player plus music micro system with radio/CD/MP3 (for your own DVDs/CDs). For those who like to disappear into a book, a number of good quality paperbacks are available on a book swap basis - take one, leave one in its place.

The cool, airy Master Bedroom has a very comfortable English sprung Queen divan and roomy wardrobe/storage space. It looks directly onto the balcony, with a fabulouls view of the large gated communal pool and the Med beyond. The very contemporary but comfortable Twin Room has solid oak English sprung large single beds and plenty of storage/wardrobe space. It has an inland view to the rear of the apartment, which is in no way overlooked.

For complete local convenience , there is a large Aldi supermarket, bars, cafes, restaurants and a variety of shops as well as a bank with an ATM machine, all within a 3 minute walk.



 

Car hire is strongly recommended to take advantage of the excellent amenities available around the area.
The apartment is perfectly located for you to enjoy a round or two of golf (Las Ramblas and Real de Campoamor being only a 3 minute drive away) or dipping your toes into the Med on one of the Blue Flag beaches at either Cabo Roig or La Zenia, which are also only a 3 minute drive away. Please also remember to bring your own beach towels with you, as these are one of the very few items we do not supply.

Within a 5 minute drive, there are many other bars, restaurants and leisure facilities for you to enjoy.

On the coast, a feature area is the Cabo Roig strip. Situated on and around the coastal road, it has a lovely atmosphere in the evening with excellent restaurants, bars and shopping opportunities! After a relaxing meal, why not take a stroll allong the newly built coastal walkway, with fabulous clifftop views of the setting sun over the Mediteranean Sea, the Cabo Roig marina and the Mar Menor in the distance.

Inland, the small town of San Miguel de Salinas is around a 10 minute drive away. It has a typically Spanish friendly feel, with many more eateries, including some lovely Tapas bars and two fabulous restaurants which are built into the rock of the local caves. You can acutally walk over their roofs and chimneys!

A great market is held here, also, on a Wednesday.

Overlooks the large, gated and fully enclosed communal/private swimming pool, fully grassed and landscaped with plenty of room to sunbathe and just a few steps from the property. Ceiling fans are fitted in the lounge, dining room and both bedrooms. A portable heater is available, should the weather turn a little in-clement!

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
