A close-up of the front of the Villa which sits proudly towards the back of a large (750 sqm) terraced garden half way up Mount Babadag. The house has a large feel to it affording a Large Lounge (18'x15') and good sized Kitchen (18''x10') and 2 Bathrooms - perimeter and garden lighting. The property is well placed with easy access the to the bus route to Olu Deniz Beach and the harbour Town of Fethiye - so there is no need to hire a car. i bought the property because of its position to the mountain Village of Hisaronu a mere 10 minute walk away and the closeness of OLU DENIZ and lagoon (the best beach in Turkey) - the property is large and roomy with a sizeable plot of land.

Not suitable for the very elderly or disabled  

The pool (open from:May - October only) and surrounding terraced area is set in the sunniest of positions with Palm Trees alongside where the hot Turkish sun beats down on you,and because of the position of the Villa (which is situated well above sea level) you benefit from being kept comfortable - just perfect...off road parking for up to 2 cars...balcony at the front of the Villa offering fabulous views...Grape Vines supported by Arched Pergolas... Tastefully fitted lighting (which is set on a timer) allows you to return safely after your nights out.

Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children in or around the pool. PLEASE READ THE HEALTH & SAFETY BOOKLET UPON ARRIVAL.
NB: NO DIVING IN AND AROUND THE SWIMMING POOL. Also – please take care with use of glasses around the pool area.

This beautiful Traditional Turkish Villa has a large landscaped (terraced) garden with many young Fruit Trees, Palms, Bourganvillaes - set alongside a nest of smaller Villa's affording good views of the mountainside and yet excellent access to the main road. Maid (cleaning only) service is provided at regular intervals. There are bath/face towels and bed linen provided for your use

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a east facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, flying, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
