Luxury three Bedroom Hisaronu high quality, Mediterranean-style villa set in own garden with private pool , overlooking beautiful mountain scenery. Located within the lively village of Hisaronu but well situated, with only a 10 minute walk into the village with its numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. The main road, to pick up the local minibus service to Ölüdeniz beach (10 mins.) and the market town of Fethiye (15 mins.), is only 5 minutes walk. The villa has three double bedrooms, one ensuite, one separate upstairs bath/shower room and downstairs w.c./washroom and is perfectly situated for all ages.
 

The villa enjoys a private entrance/driveway with wrought iron gates leading into landscaped gardens, with its own private swimming pool. The villa is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished with ceramic flooring throughout. The kitchen/dining area is a good size and fully equipped with all mod cons. Open plan, bright and spacious the lounge area leads out onto the L shaped sun terrace with steps down to the swimming pool. Downstairs there is a sofa bed which can sleep another 2 more adults comfortably.There is also a Travel cot available.
New steps were added to pool in 2007 to allow easier access and exit.
Six sun loungers are available with parasol and the terrace has a table and chairs, 2 deck chairs and a comfy outdoor sofa with matching tables.
The Villa is opposite a pretty, and unobtrusive, local childrens school which is closed from the beginning of June to the end of September. 

We fell in love with Hisaronu the moment we arrived. Wonderful mountain scenery, excellent restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the villa.
There is so much to do, from walking, to paragliding, to seeing where the virgin Mary died. Interesting and historical places to visit are in abundance.
A car is not essential. If you book up an excursion,you are picked up from the Villa and returned at the end of the day.
All local areas of interest are easily reached from the main road by Dolmus (bus). They run frequently and are a cheap way to get around. The Dolmus will take you down the winding mountain road, with spectacular views of the famous Oludeniz beach and lagoon area (10 mins).
You can walk along the promenade and stop for lunch and drinks in one of the many beach bars or watch the paragliders landing on the beach. Alternatively walk down to the lagoon. This is a preserved natural area and a small charge is made on entrance but well worth the visit. On one side lie the calm waters of the lagoon, which is peaceful for picnics and relaxing. On the other side is the warm clear waters of the mediterranean. With a fine sand/shingle beach, sunbeds and parasols, you can swim and snorkel in beautiful surroundings. There is a beach bar here and water sports are available.
Taking the Dolmus in the other direction from the villa will take you into the traditional bustling coastal town of Fethiye (15 mins), with winding shopping streets, a busy harbour with excellent boat trips to be had day or night, plenty of good restaurants, and a weekly bazaar (Monday market) for all your bargains.
Returning from the beach during the hot summer months to the villa in the village is a welcome retreat as it is set on a plateau and benefits from a cooling breeze.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. tommy says: "the photos on the website dont do this villa justice, inside the rooms are excellent with air conditioning throughout, the xbox came in handy keeping the kids amused while trying to get ready to go out in the evening. during the day the villa has everything you need for a great holiday the pool for the kids sun loungers and a porch that lets you sit in the shade and relax. hisonarus town cente is only 5 or 6 minutes away with excellent restaurants and bars, a welcome pack tells you some of the best places to visit. the villa is well maintained with the gardener their daily in the morning and the cleaning lady attending once a week. transfers to and from the airport again where punctual and hassle free.overall an excellent villa with the people of hisonaru making you feel very welcome. highly recommended family holiday"
