The charming harbour and market town of Fethiye is only 15 minutes by dolmus and the stunning beach of Ölüdeniz, one of Turkey’s finest, just 10 minutes.

As from 2005 (planning permission permitting) there with be a roof terrace on the attic floor with breath taking views of Hisarönü village down to Ölüdeniz bay.

Fethiye and Region

This stretch of the Turkish coastline is known as the Turkish Riviera or Turquoise Coast. The area around Fethiye is one of Turkey’s most beautiful, offering a perfect mix of beach resorts, mountain scenery with small rural villages.

Ovacik
Ovacik is a quieter village (extension of Hisarönü) located on a plateau 1,000ft above sea level under mount Babadag (Father Mountain). All around there are 360 degree magnificent views of pine clad mountains. During the summer months it benefits from a cool mountain breeze making it cooler in the hot summer months. Ovacik is the perfect central base for reaching Ölüdeniz, Fethiye and Hisarönü.

Fethiye
A mixture of market town, port and holiday resort, with Turkish character. The
harbour and marina is boarded by palm tree lined promenades and back streets filled
with shops, bars and restaurants yielding bargains, gastronomic delights and bustling
night life.


Ölüdeniz
Ölüdeniz is the ultimate beach resort – a wide bay of coarse white sand curving
around to meet a sheltered natural lagoon, with pine trees cascading down the
surrounding mountains to meet the crystal-clear waters. This is without doubt
Turkey’s most photographed spot and it is easy to see why. The lagoon with its
calm, gently-shelving waters is ideal for children. Boats leave from the main beach every morning for day trips to explore the surrounding coast to satisfy those with a thirst for adventure. For many though this is just the perfect resort for lazing on the beach by day and enjoying a drink / cocktail in one of the lively beachfront bars in the evening.

Hisarönü
Hisarönü sits high in the mountains above Ölüdeniz in a stunning setting surrounded
by pine forests. It is a livelier resort with a wider choice of shops, bars and restaurants,
which really comes into its own at night. The renowned beach of Ölüdeniz is only a
short dolmus ride away as is the intriguing ghost town of Kayaköy, deserted by the

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. The apartment has a sauna.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The location of the apartment means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, flying, walking, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find climbing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites.
