A beautiful large path was recently reconstructed directly behind the complex leading directly to Santa Cruz beach. This large walk has custom lighting, new landscaping, and benches down its path. While walking to the beach to enjoy the sand, ocean, drinks, and restaurants you can enjoy the native and tropical plants that line the walk, and maybe take a glimpse of all the tropical colorful birds that enjoy the plants as well. Cars are not necessary as that you can bike, walk, or taxi to almost anywhere. The grocery stores are located just a few minutes by taxi which cost approx. $20pesos. The charm of Huatulco is the openness, cleanliness, and the nature. Not obscured by extra tall sky scrapers, Huatulco is more of a nature lovers paradise without skimping on the luxuries of convenience. 

Hacienda Real is located only minutes by foot to the Santa Cruz Bay where you can enjoy food, drinks, swimming, water sports, and lounging. The Santa Cruz Marina is also located near the beach where you can book your sport fishing excursion, SCUBA diving adventure, snorkel, and or site-seeing trip. After a long day of sunning and water activities you can take a final dip in the crystal clear pool before retiring to your condo. The condos are individually owned and each have their own Mexican flare.



Hacienda Real Condo #208 comes fully furnished and ready for your Huatulco getaway. The condo has such amenities as washer/dryer stacked, flat panel tv, Star Choice Satellite TV, dvd player, dvd library, cd player/radio, alarm clocks, microwave, blender, coffee-maker, a full kitchen where you can take your hand at Oaxacan cuisine, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, hot water, living room, dining room, and a terrace over looking the tropical landscape of the grounds and the Sierra Madre Mountains. All watersports are at your disposal just minutes walk at Santa Cruz beach and marina. Here you can take a snorkel or scuba adventure, rent sea doos, or paddle boats, or ride the banana boat. We have world renown sport fishing in our waters with Mahi Mahi, sailfish, and tuna. Some other available tours and adventures are the 7 bay site seeing and snorkel trip, horseback riding on the beach, white water rafting, visit to a waterfall, Coffee plantation tour, zipline adventure, Temezcal prehispanic saunas and mudbaths, and a cultural city tour with food tastings and more. Oaxacan cooking classes are also available.
