Benefiting from the top floor location, apartment offers great sea views from balconies and spacious terraces. Also the apartment has its own private car park port. Lounge area is furnished with leather chocolate brown sofas and a coffee table, there is 32” LCD TV and DVD player. Dining area provides a table and chairs for four. The kitchen has all appliances fully fitted, including fridge/freezer, cooker, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils. There is also washing machine, iron and ironing board. Two large bedrooms comfortably sleep four people: double bedroom has king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and the other has 2 single beds, which can be joined together if required. Family bathroom has vanity sink unit, bath with shower overhead and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use and changed weekly.

 

Teleious apartment is situated within a luxury new private development, with it’s own swimming pool and facilities. The complex is electronically gated for security and located on magnificent hillside. Melanos complex enjoys an ideal position in Chloraka, which is beside the famous Tombs of the Kings, and is approximately half way between Paphos and Coral Bay (only about 5 minutes drive away), so it is an ideal location for easy travelling to both Paphos and Coral Bay and to go up to explore the mountains and visit the lovely traditional villages there with spectacular sea views too. All three of Paphos’ 5 star golf courses are just a short drive from the complex.

It is a 5 minutes journey on the bus into Paphos Harbour (Kato Paphos) which is a beautiful seafronted jumble of restaurants, jewellers, shops and bars, all dominated by the harbour and Fortress. Behind this area lies Bar Street which is a lively complex full of bars and restaurants. Further inland is Upper Pathos which contains both modern shops and a charming local market. Traveling the other way from the Village is Queens Bay and Coral Bay which are both lovely large sandy beaches.
