Thalassa view brand new villa is situated within a luxury new private development, with it’s own swimming pool and facilities. The complex is electronically gated for security and located on magnificent hillside. Melanos complex enjoys an ideal position in Chloraka, which is beside the famous Tombs of the Kings, and is approximately half way between Paphos and Coral Bay (only about 5 minutes drive away), so it is an ideal location for easy travelling to both Paphos and Coral Bay and to go up to explore the mountains and visit the lovely traditional villages there with spectacular sea views too. All three of Paphos’ 5 star golf courses are just a short drive from the complex. 

Thalassa view villa is situated on three levels. The villa is fully furnished and equipped to the highest standards for your perfect holiday. Benefiting from three levels location, the villa offers great sea views from balconies and spacious terraces. Lounge area is furnished with leather chocolate brown sofas and a coffee table, there is also Satellite TV and DVD player. Sliding doors lead to the swimming pool, where sun beds and umbrellas are provided.
Dining area provides a table and chairs for six. The kitchen has all appliances fully fitted, including fridge/freezer, cooker, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher and all cooking utensils.
The villa comprises three bedrooms in total – two double and one twin (which can be joined together). Each bedroom has its own balcony, built-in wardrobe and an air-conditioning unit.
There are two bathrooms - en-suite shower room to master bedroom, and a family bathroom, which has bath with shower overhead, vanity sink unit and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use and changed weekly.  

Chloraka village is still traditionally picturesque and charming, and you are guaranteed a warm welcome.

There is a bus stop within a walking distance from the complex, with a very regular bus service operating three routes. It is a 5 minutes journey on the bus into Paphos Harbour (Kato Paphos) which is a beautiful seafronted jumble of restaurants, jewellers, shops and bars, all dominated by the harbour and Fortress. Behind this area lies Bar Street which is a lively complex full of bars and restaurants. Further inland is Upper Pathos which contains both modern shops and a charming local market. Traveling the other way from the Village is Queens Bay and Coral Bay which are both lovely large sandy beaches.
 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
