The Beach House
This stunning villa is situated within a private community of residential properties located in an upmarket area of Chloraka near the beach. The villa is only 10 metres from the two communal swimming pools, 1 a children’s pool and about 50 metres from the sea and a small sandy beach. There are some lovely coastal walks from here and you can actually walk all the way to Paphos harbour along the coast which is a beautiful walk. There are many beautiful coves for swimming, snorkelling or scuba diving. The property has many Moorish features and is really quite unique and beautiful in its design. Furnished to a very high standard and equipped with all mod-cons this really is a lovely villa in which to spend your well earned holiday. Whether it be a summer or winter holiday there is plenty to do for everyone and you will not be disappointed when you arrive at this luxurious villa.

The property offers plenty of scope for sitting in the sun no matter what time of year. The private walled garden is perfect in the early morning or afternoon and during the cooler months as it is east facing so the sun rises here. It is also a great place to sit and read during the hot summer months if you want to get out of the sun for a while. At the front of the property there is a large sun terrace and landscaped garden leading off the living area which is great for eating al fresco or for sunbathing. There is also a lovely sun terrace off the master bedroom with wonderful sea views. The back bedroom has a private terrace in the back garden. Both provide private space for Mum and Dad to get away, for sharers or just for that morning cup of coffee. The views from the roof terrace are amazing and it is a wonderful area to watch the beautiful sunsets or just stare at the Mediterranean and watch the boats go by.
This villa really has to be seen to be believed.

The villa is accessed from the front by private driveway with gates There is also a foot gate which leads to a lovely big wooden door this in turn leads into a vast hallway with arched glass doors leading to the garden. To the right are the main living areas, there is a spacious lounge area with two sofas. A stylish limed teak dresser and coffee table. Here you will find the 3 double bedrooms all with huge fitted wardrobes and the family bathroom with wc, sink and bath with shower over. The master bedroom has an emperor sized bed, fitted wardrobes and patio doors, leading on to one of 3 sun terraces, sporting fantastic sea views. Chloraka, Paphos and surrounding area
The village of Chloraka is one of the biggest villages in the area, and ideally situated between Paphos and Coral Bay. The Beach House is situated down by the sea in a much more residential, peaceful and serene area, this is contrasted by the bustly traditional Cypriot village of Chloraka with it’s beautiful church in the village square. Here you will always see the village elders enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. There is a local Hotel (Akti), it is about 900m walk and provides some good amenities with restaurant, mini-market and a bar with Sky TV. There is also the Dimma Bar (250m) for meals, snacks and drinks which has both indoor and outdoor seating, a swimming pool and Sky TV also. About 10 mins walk away is the Pentaras Taverna which has been recently renovated and provides traditional Cypriot cuisine. As does the very good Famagusta Tavern which can be found up the hill in the main village of Chloraka.

The tourist areas of both Paphos and Coral Bay are about 10 minutes away by car in either direction, the latter having the beautiful Coral Bay Beach, a beach suitable for all the family as well as a diverse range of bars, restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes. A regular bus service is available at the main road at a very reasonable price.
Paphos
Paphos itself is split into two parts Old Paphos and Kato Paphos. Old Paphos as it says is very old and there are some beautiful old colonial buildings to admire. Most of the every day shops can be found in this old part of town with Kato Paphos being a complete contrast and home to the more vibrant and cosmopolitan tourist areas and interestingly most of the historical areas which can be found by the harbour. There are some lovely safe swimming areas along this stretch and the locals can be seen going for an early morning swim followed by a coffee in one of the local cafes. There are changing rooms and sunbeds available in this area now and steps down into the sea. Over the past 18 months the local council have spent much money upgrading and improving things in Paphos. The area is becoming very upmarket and with work on the 1000 berth Marina half way between Chloraka and Coral Bay about to start things are looking very exciting for this part of the world.

In Kato Paphos, you will find many fine mosaics and buildings from Greek and Roman periods, plus the Harbour Castle. Close by the harbour is the church of St Paul’s Pillar, where the pillar St Paul was tied to can be found. Further down this road back towards Chloraka are the Tombs of the Kings and Christian Catacombs.

Going towards the unspoilt Akamas Peninsula, there is Lara Bay, (famous for turtles) and Latchi, famous for its seafront and harbour restaurants as well as the clean sandy beach and its crystal clear waters.

The Paphos area hosts 3 championship standard golf courses which are all within 30 minutes drive from the villa.
Above Chloraka itself, lies the road to Tala with its atmospheric Village Square which then leads on to Tsada (for golf), Cedar Valley and the Troodos Mountains. . There is an excellent highway which runs to all parts of Cyprus. A drive along the coast road past various ancient sites such as Aphrodite’s birthplace and Temple, towards Limassol, taking in Curium, is delightful and has the most beautiful views. If you are lucky you might even see the sunset over Aphrodite’s rock, a sight to behold.

**The property is with-in easy walking distance to 2 bars/restaurants, 2 shops and a hotel**
**A short 10 minute drive takes you to either Coral Bay or Paphos where there are restaurants to suit every taste**
