Palm Tree Villa offers all the comforts of home and all the special ingredients that make a great holiday. With its own private pool and surrounded by orange, lemon, fig and palm trees, it has that special 'holiday feel'.

A few minutes bus or taxi drive, or a pleasant 15 minute stroll, will take you to the Coral Bay strip. A family-orientated resort area.
Here you will find shops, bars, and tavernas. Great selection of restaurants here also - from fish and chips to up-market Italian restaurants.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, walking, tennis, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find boat hire, golf, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

Kate says: "Palm Tree Villa is an extremely well equipped accomodation -definitely home from home. No need to worry about conversion plugs, water cooler, barbecue etc all is there. It has a beautiful decor with some wonderful paintings throughout.Pool fantastic and we had some wonderful evenings at sunset sitting outside talking and watching the antics of a female cat and her kitten which were so cute and humourous. Owners Alan and Lisa were extremely welcoming and helpful to us and we were able to contact them at any time if needed. We took their advice on the last day and booked into the 5 star Coral beach hotel. This worked out really well as it meant we were able to make the most of our last day as our scheduled flight wasnt until 10:20pm that night. Alan had arranged a taxi to collect us there so we didnt have to worry. Hotel was fabulous,own pools in which some of us participated in free snorkelling lessons and the private beach and watersports fab. Well worth 68 euro for the facilities and enjoyment we had. Coral bay and Palm Tree Villa definitely has something for all ages."
