My name is Kevin and I would like to welcome you to our apartment in Paphos.
It was shortly after my first visit to Cyprus with my wife Margaret that we decided that it was a place that we would like to spend the rest of our lives.

Cyprus has a magic about it, I’m not sure if it’s the sun, beaches, food, wine or the friendly laid back attitude of the people (most of whom speak English) makes you think that you at home but with day after day of warm sunshine.

On our second visit we started looking for a property to buy and now some 3 years later we have taken possession of our new apartment in Paphos. I still have a few years at work yet so until I retire we will not be able to fulfill our dream of living in Cyprus but until then when we are unable to use the apartment we would love you to stay as our guests.
 

We decided to choose Paphos to live as it still has the feel and quaintness of a small fishing village and has everything you could want. There are numerous beaches, bars, restaurants, clubs, tavernas and world heritage sites in Paphos and the international airport is only 20 min away.

Our apartment is on the top floor of Pafia 4 Gardens. This complex contains 24 apartments all privately owned and is situated a short walk from the Tombs of the Kings Road. The complex is in a residential area of Paphos known as Kato Paphos and therefore is pleasantly quiet while being only minutes from the vibrant nightlife. The pool set in well kept communal gardens catches the sun most of the day. Poolside sunbeds and parasols are provided and there are also poolside shower, toilets and male and female changing rooms so your sunbathing need not be interrupted.

We have decorated and furnished our apartment to a high standard as it is our second home.
There are 2 large bedrooms the master has a double bed and fitted wardrobes with dressing area. The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. The bathroom has a bath and a shower with both electric and solar water heating. There is a very comfortable 3 piece suit for lounging on while you watch TV, or DVD, or Video, or listen to the radio or CD while having a cool drink after a hard day sunbathing. The kitchen is fitted with fridge/freezer to keep the beer and wine cold, a washing machine so you don’t have to take to many cloths and is full fitted with cooking appliances for the most demanding chief to use the abundance of fresh produce to make a delicious meal which can be savoured in the comfortable dining area with ceiling fan and air-conditioning to keep you cool or you may prefer to go al-fresco and eat in warm evening air on the balcony.
 

Eating out is very much the normal for both locals and visitors. It cheap to eat out and almost impossible to get a poor meal. The choice of food is vast from English breakfast, Italian, Chinese, Greek and traditional Cypriot and most offer set menus from £7 Cyp. If you are on a two week holiday you could eat a different meal at a different restaurant every night of your holiday.

Cyprus boasts lots of blue flag beaches and a lot of them are in the Paphos area. None of the beaches in Cyprus are private and that means you can use all the beaches in front of the hotels. There are beaches just the other side of the Tombs of the Kings Road only a 10 min walk from the apartment. Coral Bay with all is water sports is 10 min bus ride away and if you go to the harbour area you will find Paphos beach between the hotels and the blue waters of the Med. If you follow the path from the municipal beach you will find beautiful sandy beaches.

Paphos is also a world heritage site and is full of all sorts of archaeology sites. It is well worth taking time to visit some of these sites even if you are not much of a culture vulture.

Cyprus and Paphos in particular has just too much to write about, the best thing you can do is to visit and I am sure that you will have the holiday of a lifetime.

The apartment is situated on the third floor and has lift access. It has sea views and gets the sun most of the day. As well as the 2 bedrooms there is extra sleeping accommodation on a sofa bed in the lounge area all good quality bed linen is provided. The bathroom has both bath and shower facilities however you must provide your own towels as none are provided. The apartment is newly furnished to a very high standard with a fully fitted kitchen. The apartment has duel air-conditioning / heating units in the living area and bedrooms as well as ceiling fans in these rooms. The complex has a secure entrance with intercom communication to the apartment. The communal swimming pool has sun loungers and parasols on the pool deck. There are also male and female changing rooms with toilet and shower facilities in the pool area.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find skiing/snowboarding, golf.

2 large supermarkets within 10 min walk. Water park 10 min drive or bus ride
