Luxury, two bedroom, air conditioned, self catering apartment on the outskirts of the traditional town of Paralimni in South East Cyprus. Sleeps 1-6 persons (double bed + 2 single beds + double size sofa bed in lounge). Fitted wardrobes/cupboards in both bedrooms, open plan living/dining area, well equipped kitchen, large private front sun terrace, covered parking area.

Excellent location with good selection of shops, bars and restaurants in local area. Local fruit market and large modern supermarket within a few minutes walk. Beautiful Fig Tree Bay and Cape Greco just 10 minute car drive away, a selection of beautiful beaches just 5 minutes away. The towns Protaras and Ayia Napa are about a 10 - 15 minute drive away - there is also a good bus service covering the whole area (approx. Euro 1.20 each way). Taxis are also plenty and affordable.
 

Hiring a car is not essential but is advisable, especially if you would like to venture further afield. Car hire can be arranged before your visit for collection at the airport on your arrival. Alternatively, car hire can be arranged locally in Cyprus for all or part of your stay. Buses are fairly cheap and run frequently from Paralimni to the resort towns of Protaras and Ayia Napa. Taxis are plenty, and affordable. 

 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
