Upon entering this amazing Villa, you are presented with a very bright and airy open-plan lounge room - dining room - kitchen and main reception with it's unusual high structured windows.

Making your way up the stairs to the first floor, you will be delighted with the amazing view out of the huge glass windows that bathes the landing in sunshine. All the bedrooms are located on this floor, with the Master bedroom having a modern wooden double bed, an en-suite shower room and a small balcony which boasts the most breathtaking views of the sea and on the horizon, the ghost town of Famagusta.

Split air-conditioning is provided throughout, giving comfort throughout the year.

Making your way outside via either the kitchen door or the lounge room patio door, you will come to the rear of the villa where the private swimming pool is located. As the pool is strategically positioned, your privacy is ensured due to only the fields surrounding this area and the great expanse of ocean in front of it

Situated in a much sort after area between Kapparis and Protaras, this Villa is on a complex of only 9 Villas and is the one closest to the beach. The area is quiet and peaceful making it great for those close family holidays. A 7 minute drive will take you into the local village of Paralimni where you can shop till you drop with all the wonderful modern and unique boutiques and shops, as well as the supermarket where all the locals shop.

Approximately 5 minutes drive into the center of Protaras; you will find the enjoyment of various pubs, the vast selection of restaurants that will cater for the fussiest of eaters and nightlife & clubs for those wanting a more exciting night out. A 20 min drive will take you to the well renowned Ayia Napa with its vast array of night clubs, pubs and restaurants, not to mention the great Nissi Beach.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Emma says: "We had a wonderful week at Villa Galazia Thalassia! The villa was spacious and well equipped. It is situated in a quiet and peaceful location close to a small, well maintained beach and harbour. Our one year old daughter had a brilliant time there running in and out of the water. It was perfect as for her as it was sheltered and quiet. We had a car to get around and that suited us, having a young child, although there was a bus stop very near the property if required to take you into Protaras and Ayia Napa. Sara, the leasing manager was very friendly and helpful, popping round twice to check everything was in order and checking if we needed anything. All in all we had a great holiday and have already recommended the villa to some friends! "
