The Studio Vivienne is full of old European charm with its beautiful oak wood floors and beams. It is located in the 2° arrondissement, just 100 meters from the Comédie Française and the Palais Royal Gardens. The Louvre is a little more over there. Youll be near 4 major Metro lines, Nr.1, Nr.2, Nr. 7 and 14, stations Louvre-Palais Royal, Bourse e Pyramides. There are also several bus lines and a taxi station is at Place de la Victoire, fifty meters distant. The quarter is full of fashionable stores from grocery stores, bakeries, drugstores, to the fashionable Carrousel du Louvre, rue de Rivoli and the rue Faubourg-St Honoré nearby. The Opera Garnier and the Centre Pompidou are also reachable ten minutes on foot! 

The Studio is on the 1st floor. It is 33,5 m2 or 355 square feet in size. This property is generously furnished. You have a double bed and a very comfortable convertible sofa fro two addiitonal persons. The dining area shows a glass and metal light alloy table with 4 wrought iron seats, on the wall a great oil painting on the history of the queen of Saba and king Salomon. A great Tuscan closet of the 1700s completes the furnishing of the living room. In the entrance you will have a wide functional cupboard.
The small kitchen has all of the conveniences of a larger apartment: a fires cook top, microwave, coffeemaker, grilling plate for food and sandwiches, a refrigerator/freezer and washer/dryer. A separate bathroom has bathtub-shower, washbasin, bidet and WC, dry-towels, hair dryer. 

The apartment is located in an old 18th century building, on the Vivienne Gallery, most elegant and most prestigious of the Parisian galleries with cafés and eclectic boutiques: the Brewery "Bougainville", the famous vintner "Legrand Girls and Fils", the Salon of "A Priori", the Workshop of Emilio Robba with its floral compositions, a bookshop with rare works and of occasion, and many other cafés and boutiques.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Thank you very much for making the repairs at the apartment. The microwave works well, and the new lamp switch (and bulbs) are a great convenience. I very much appreciate your taking care of these things so quickly.

If we aren't in communication again, I will be leaving during the day Friday and will leave the keys on the big table.
