Luxury 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom semi-detached villa with lounge, kitchen + roof terraces. Inside, the stylish decor and furnishings include cable/satellite TV, DVD, HiFi, air conditioning and a modern fully fitted kitchen. On the ground floor the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, whilst the second and third bedrooms share the spacious family bathroom. All bedrooms have direct access to the pool, which also contains a small spa/jacuzzi and a shower. On the first floor there is an open plan living and dining room with fireplace, and kitchen, as well as a guest w/c. The living room opens onto a large balcony with magnificent views of the golf course. An external staircase leads to the top terrace with 360 degree views of the countryside and golf course. A further balcony/terrace with a BBQ, off the kitchen, leads to a small garden and also provides direct external access to the pool at the ground floor level. All linen provided and property is fully equipped. Cots are available free of charge. Other equipment is available for hire.  

One hour drive west of Faro airport. Attractive local beaches and fishing villages such as Salema, Burgau, Praia da Luz are very close offering a wide choice of beach or village restaurants. A mini supermarket is 500 metres away in Budens. Lagos, the main local town, is 15 minutes by car and offers a great range of restaurants, a lively covered market, and lots of shops in old cobbled streets. Its old harbour is rich in history as the base of famous king Henry the Navigator’s fleet. Only fifteen minutes' drive to the west, the Atlantic coast is a surfer’s paradise, Costa Vicentina and along this coastline are exceptional walking trails for the nature lover.

Golf course

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
