A steep road leads off Nanai road to the top of the hill above Patong. Parking for one car in the garage below the pool. There’s a useful storage cupboard that also houses the pool mechanism. A gate leads to steps up onto the large terrace. 

Terrace and pool
A spacious area of tranquility overlooking the pine forest in the valley below. A large shaded sala is ideal for outdoor dining, hosting a barbecue party or relaxing sheltered from the rays of the sun. The terrace garden is the perfect spot to snooze on a sun bed next to the 50 square meter swimming pool with salt chlorination

Bedrooms
Large bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom with marble tiles and counter tops, modern washbasin and generous shower area. A hot water system supplies both the shower and the washbasin. The bedroom floor is tiled with marble tiles to help keep it cool.

Living/kitchen area
A huge light and airy space with rich teak floors and sliding doors that lead straight onto the pool and terrace garden. There is an open-plan kitchen with a plentiful supply of cupboards and work surfaces. It is fitted with a stainless steel sink with mixer taps, an electric hob, extractor fan and a large refrigerator.


 

There is a beautiful mountain view on the valley at the south side and a big view over Patong Bay on the West side.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 2 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
