The villa interior is stylishly furnished to a high European standard and provides comfortable eating, seating and sleeping accommodation for up to eight people. Every care has been taken to ensure you’ll want for nothing during your stay. All you need to do is bring your clothes!

The living and sleeping areas are fully air-conditioned to keep you cool during even the hottest of tropical days. All downstairs floors are in the finest polished marble, ideal for the tropical climate. The European style kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’d expect to find at home. The work surfaces are granite and you’ll find an electric oven and gas hob should you wish to cook during your stay. The lounge comes complete with Cable TV, DVD player and Home Cinema Surround Sound. Your maid will come every day (unless you ask otherwise) to ensure everything is kept clean for you.

The villa boasts four double bedrooms, each of which has a queen or double bed. Three have en-suite facilities and a fourth bathroom is available on the ground floor. The upstairs floors are tiled to keep you cool and two of the bedrooms have their own balconies to sit out and enjoy the sunset. Towels and linen are provided for your use and will be changed and laundered by your maid

The villa’s private gardens are fully landscaped with a variety of tropical plants, palms and water features. The terrace has outside seating, a rustic swing bench and even a fan to keep you cool whilst you enjoy your morning coffee. The gardens are in the sun all day long so you can sunbathe and finally get round to finishing off that book or listening to your favourite music through the powerful speakers in the lounge.

Should you get too hot, why not take a walk down to the Communal Pool? Don’t forget that this is not a holiday complex, but an executive development where most people are actually residents and so the pool is generally free for you to enjoy alone.

The villa has a spacious lounge, separate dining area and a fully fitted, european style kitchen with granite work surfaces. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and two have double beds. The gardens are fully landscaped and a fan is provided to the patio area to keep you cool during the heat of the tropical days

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
