The residents can enjoy the large garden areas of the complex and enjoy the stunning sea views from the large balconies. All the apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, air-conditioning (heating-cooling), satellite TV and internet access (dial up). The residents may arrange daily trips to nearby places of interest, such as the famous 'Caves of Dyros' (41 miles), the beautiful lagoon of Gerakas (12 miles), the fortress of Mystras (52 miles) among others. For the romantic couples, the Castle of Monemvasia offers something extra-ordinary, with restaurants and bars looking over the sea and stunning views at dawn. Last but not least, the numerous small traditional Greek villages where anyone can enjoy the relaxing nature of the unspoilt environment that the area can offer.  

The residents can enjoy the spectacular view at the top of the Monemvasia Castle. It takes about 45 mins to reach to the top but the sea and country view is worth the effort. The beaches close to the complex are ideal for watersports and windsurfing. Daily trips to the famous 'Caves of Dyros', the lagoon of Gerakas, the fortress of Mystras, the picturesque sea village of Elafonisos, are more than rewarding. The Monemvasia's unspoilt environment and rich history captured the imagination of many artists and writers; many articles have been published for this liitle corner of the earth. Nowadays, many British and Germans are permanent residents of our area, having bought their own houses.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
