Located near the medieval village (85 m2 - 3 bedrooms) of Saint-Cyprien, but 2 min. walking distance, in a sunny lane and quiet, you will benefit from the tourist and commercial attractions of the village: its markets of producers as well as all trade and restaurants.

The cottage has a capacity of 2 to 6/7 guests max, decorated with care and quality is composed of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (en suite), WC, living room, american fridge with large store for up to 7 guests, diswasher, washer and dryer, microwaves, set breakfast (coffee machine, press citrus fruits, kettle), vmc. Central heating. All the rooms are independant and have direct access to the terrace.

Swimming pool and Garden
The SWIMMING POOL heated by central heating (about 30°Celcius air & water). Privat garden and courses.
The SWIMMING POOL of dimension 4x8m and a depth of 1,1 m with 1,8 m, with Romance staircase, pit to be plunged, scale, stroke with agains current. This SWIMMING POOL can be divided of low season. The Children must attend the SWIMMING POOL under your monitoring. The shower is obligatory beore each bath. In terrace, living room of garden and BBQ. With the garden (500m2) and park 2 cars.

 

- The day of your arrival, we will accomodate you after 16h00 for the visit and the inventory;
- You will discharge a guarantee of 530 euros and options possible. This guarantee will be returned to you one week after your departure;
- Sorry, pets are not welcomed ;
- The house is equipped with an extinguisher and a fire-resistant cover in the kitchen;
- Each bed is equipped with pillow, draw sheet, cover and bed-spread (1lit of 160x200, 2 beds of 120x190, 1 bed settee 140x190, 1 bed 90x190 in mezzanine).
- We can propose to you in hiring :
- Household linen (cloths, glove, hand towels) for 12 euro per guest,
- Equipment Baby (bed, high chair, poussette) for 12 euro per baby,
- 1 bed additional child 80x180 for 12 euro,
- In low season, the heating is in supplement for 30 €;
- The high shelter makes it possible to modulate with wish the opening thanks to its telescopic version. The side panels can be raised with the hand authorizing the access over the entire length. Lastly, of broad sliding doors, with key closing, are proposed in the pinions. A beach borders the swimming pool, dimension 4x8m and depth of 1,1m with 1,8m, with Romance staircase, pit to be plunged and swims with against current. The children must obligatorily attend the swimming pool under your monitoring, the instructions and precaution for use is posted with the entry of the shelter as well as the time beaches of heating of except season. The BABY'S EQUIPMENT (is composed of a bed child with linen, high chair, poussette) for 12 € / baby, BED additional for the 8th guest(80x190) for 12 € as well as the BED LINEN (slips, cloths, glove and 2 hand towels) for 12€/ pers. and CLEANING AT DEPARTURE for 50 € are proposed in hiring. HEATING for 30 € (if necessary, or sept. to june). Linen of swimming pool are not provided.

The cottage comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 single, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the 3rd bedroom 1 double bunk bed located in the 3rd bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people.

The cottage has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The cottage has television dvd.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this cottage.

A LITTLE CONFUSING WITH REFERENCE TO THE BED LINEN AND BABY PRODUCTS BUT VERY QUICKLY SORTED BY THE OWNERS. iF WE CAME BACK TO THAT AREA OF FRANCE WE WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY AGAIN.
