This is a 3 Bedroom Town House, but only the Ground and first floor will be rented out. This comprises of 2 twin rooms plus a sofa bed in the lounge which can sleep another 2 persons, accommodating a maximum of 6 people. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes and bedside tables.

One of the twin rooms has a large balcony which overlooks the sea and has air conditioning and ceiling fan.

The other twin room has a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Air conditioning are on meter and user need to put coins in to use it.

Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

This Town House has a bathroom on the first floor which includes: toilet, 2 wash basins, jacuzzi bath and shower. Also there is a downstairs toilet and an outside shower.

The air conditioning is a Pay as you use service (meter). 

This Town House has a TV, DVD player and going to install satellite for your enjoyment which has over 25 English and Spanish channels including: BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Channel 4, Sky 1, Sky Movies, Music channels, kids channels , Discovery and History Channels.  

The kitchen is fully equipped with: oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave plus cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glassware. You will also find a washing machine, clothes line, iron and ironing board stowed in the utility room.

The dining table can be extended to seat 6 people. There is also a large garden table and 6 chairs for your use outside in the sun on the big patio.

There are some restaurants/bar and a supermarket conveniently situated just down the road. 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
