The Villa is situated on a quiet, gated residential complex with two large communal swimming pools (with baby areas) to choose from. These are for residents use only. They have large areas surrounding the pools for sunbathing and even in the height of summer are not overcrowded.
The outside areas at the Villa are a particular feature. The ground floor has a fully glazed conservatory, with dining for 4 and total seating for 6.

Stairs lead up from the front terrace to the roof solarium with further dining for 6, a BBQ for entertaining and The Hot Tub. Surrounded with awnings the tub enjoys total privacy if required and is fantastic with a glass of Sangria after a hard day at the beach!! We have also provided sunloungers to catch all of that Spanish sun!
One of the two pools on the complex can be viewed from this terrace so partners/children can be seen and heard if needed!

The nearest bars and restaurants are a 5/6 minute stroll and offer choices from native Spanish to German, Chineese, Indian, Italian and of course English. This area of Punta Prima also provides Supermarkets, Banks, Chemists and Internet Cafes.
A longer walk of some 15/20 minutes will reach the more lively Playa Flamenca complex with every bar and restaurant combination you can imagine.

Three Blue Flag sandy beaches are within walking distance, - Punta Prima (the nearest),
Playa Flamenca and La Zenia. All have a bar right on the beach, you can hire sunbeds and there is plenty of space for ball games. La Zenia is particularly good for watersports and equipment hire.


The resort is just 35km south of Alicante airport or 25 km from the smaller San Javier airport at Murcia.
The easy access to the large nearby town of Torrevieja and its wide range of facilities and attractions make this a popular year round destination. 

The Villa has two twin bedded rooms and we have a sofabed in the lounge ( Brand new March 2006 ) so we can sleep a maximum of 6 persons.

We provide all linen and towels (not beach) needed for your stay.

We stay in this property for our own holidays so have provided everything we need to stay in Spain and offer this to our guests. All essential amenities are within walking distance but to fully appreciate the region a car is required.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

linda says: "Mark & Cheryl - Thank you so much for a great holiday in your Villa. My husband & I were looking for a cheap winter break, weather much better than the UK for January. We very much appreciated the private hot tub, ideal for those chillier evenings, or when the swimming pool is just too cold! The location for us was great, plenty of Supermarkets to walk to & stock up on the groceries etc. It was lovely to take a stroll to the beach on the sunnier days & stop off at a bar or two! Too many good Restaurants to name, we enjoyed Puccinis and found a good Chinese (cheaper than at home!) The Villa itself had everything we needed.
