The Villa is situated in the La Chismosa area of Playa Flamenca on a quiet gated residential complex.
The complex is long established and has mature trees and beautifully maintained garden areas and walkways.






 

The outside areas at the Villa are a particular feature. The ground floor terrace is fully tiled, has dining for 6, and a BBQ all under the shade of a mature fig tree. The whole area of the garden is surrounded with Cypress hedging which gives some seclucion and privacy.
The 6 metre by 4 metre L shaped pool has a stepped shallow end and a deep end of 1.8 metres. It is maintained weekly.
The front door of the Villa opens onto the Dining Room which in turn leads through to the Lounge,Kitchen and main ground floor Bedroom.Stairs up from the Dining Room lead to the second Twin Bedroom.

Less than a five minute walk is an outdoor swimming pool complex with a bar, dining facilities and crazy golf which can be accessed for a small daily fee.


The nearest bars and restaurants are a 5/6 minute stroll as are two (corner shop type) supermarkets. A wide range of larger well known supermarkets are less than 5 minutes in the car.
A longer walk of some 20 minutes will reach the more lively Playa Flamenca complex with every bar and restaurant combination you can imagine.

Three Blue Flag sandy beaches are within a 5 minute drive - Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca (the nearest) and La Zenia. All have a bar right on the beach, you can hire sunbeds and there is plenty of space for ball games. La Zenia is particularly good for watersports and equipment hire.

We provide all linen and towels (except beach towels) for your stay.
The Fig Tree Villa has two wood burning stoves which makes this an ideal choice for the slightly chillier months in Spain.

We stay in this property for our own holidays so have provided everything we need to stay in Spain and offer this to our guests.Most amenities are within walking distance however a car is recommended for a stay in this Villa.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, golf, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a zoo, a themepark.

The Villa is in a fantastic location close to so many amenities either on foot or by car.

David says: "What a fantastic villa!! This was our first venture into booking a holiday direct through the internet and it could not have been better. The villa was so well equiped that we really only needed to take our clothes and extra towels, everything else you could require had already been thought of and put in the villa. We would advise car hire and also purchasing an up to date tourist map as the roads seem to be changing daily! The whole family enjoyed the peace and quiet that this villa supplied and the kids (and us) loved the pool. The entire experience was fantastic.
