This idyllic 3 bedroom villa is situated overlooking a small remote cove, which is superb for snorkelling or swimming. The steps leading down to the sea are only a few yards from this secluded villa.

The villa was constructed in 2005 and has 2 double and 1 twin bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms, one of the large sofas on the lounge converts to a double bed. All of the bedrooms have balconies with views overlooking the sea. To the rear of the property are the pine clad foothills of the Troodos mountains. The villa is well equipped with satellite TV, CD & DVD player, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster , etc., in fact everything that you may require on your holiday. The air condition units, which are in all rooms, also supply heating to compliment the open fire during the colder times of the year.

 

Surrounding the private pool is a large patio area fitted with numerous sun-loungers and umbrellas, together with table and chairs. The garden has a large grassed area together with a variety of fruit trees and shrubs. There is ample parking for vehicles.

 

The local town of Polis is only a 10min drive from the villa. Polis has an ancient town square which is surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants. The airport at Paphos is about 30 minutes drive

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
