It boasts the best possible position being on the top floor of Block 9 with uninterupted views down onto Polis and the Sea. It is a total of 110 square metres in size (including garage space) which means 3 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large balconies.
The Village that is a short walk to Polis has acommunal pool and wooded area.
Polis is unique in Cyprus having a "pedestrian only" centre this traditional village offers a real 'away from it all' location. The fine sandy beach is great for families and sun-worshippers, and authentic Cypriot dishes can be enjoyed in the local bars and restaurants. A range of watersports are available locally. And at only 45 minutes from Paphos, it is both convenient and accessible.
 

The attractions of Cyprus are many: beautiful beaches, authentic cuisine and markets, a deep sense of history, and not least its reliable sunny weather throughout much of the year. And the warmth of the Mediterranean climate is matched by the people, who are renowned for their hospitality. Cyprus boasts many ancient sites which bear witness to the island’s previous historical importance, including Roman mosaics in Paphos and a 2nd century amphitheatre in Kourion. But it’s in the west of Cyprus where you will find the most beautiful scenery and the best beaches. The Troodos Mountains for skiing in the winter and site seeing and walking in the summer. There are many vineyards on the slopes where you can sample a variety of local wines and purchase at very reasonable prices.
Day excursions are plentiful - jeep safaris to Troodos or the Akamas peninsular, day/sunset cruises, fishing trips and guided walks.
If more lively activities are preferred, jet skis, paragliding, water skiing, scuba diving. go-karting, golf and horse riding are all close by, as well as a water park.
There are historic places to visit - The Mosaics, Tombs of the Kings, Baths of Aphrodite and the Kykkou Monastery.
 

 

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.
