This modern duplex apartment forms part of a low rise,gated complex of just 38 homes.There are 2 private pools, both located within the private gardens on the beach front. The complex is only 3 years old and has been built with character and space in mind.
There is a double bedroom with en-suite on the 1st floor,entrance level,overlooking the beach.
A glass topped atrium stairwell takes you to the bright open plan living/dining room with T.V (+some satalite stations), DVD Player (please bring your own DVD'S),music system. fully equipped kitchen, Master bedroom with juilliette balcony( also over looking the beach with king size bed) with full en suite bathroom. The twin bedroom and 3rd bathroom is also on this level.All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.
Patio doors lead out from the lounge to the 90m2 'L' shaped terrace and covered dining area overlooking the beach immediately below ,gardens and one of the pools . There are stunning views as far as Gibralter and North Africa.
Padded chairs and sunloungers make this the perfect place to relax and take in the views.
Soft lighting,listening to the lapping of the waves make it difficult to drag yourself away in the evenings to sample one of the many surrounding restaurants, bars and chiringitos. 

El Diamante is a small, exclusive,gated complex forming part of Marina de Casares.
There are several beach bars/restaurants within a 2 mins stroll down the beach (open in Season). A little further down you will come to the little town of Sabinillas where there are now many more to choose from.
There are 3 or 4 supermarkets a short drive away, most stocking many English brands.
A 5 mins car ride will take you to the charming little port, ' Puerto Duquesa' full of bars,restaurants,shops and cafes.
The quaint white washed villages of Casares and Benhavis are well worth a visit.
10 mins east along the coast you will find Estapona port and town ,once a small fishing village. As you come into Estapona you will see the bull ring on the left and the lively port on your right.
The town also has a good selection of restaurants,bars and shops in it's winding back streets and plazas,and has retained it's Spanish charm. It has a wonderful promenade with fountains and large children's play area.
For golfing enthusiasts, we have several prestigious courses within 15 mins.  

You will come to the notorious ' Puerto Banus' (about a 25mins drive) A place to eat, drink, shop,party, see and be seen!
In contrast to that, Rhonda, an artists dream, is steeped in history and boasts Spains oldest bullring, and some of the most atmospheric bodegas!
The rock of Gibralter is only 30 mins away for those of you looking for some tax free shopping or perhaps a look at the famous apes that really do run wild higher up the rock!
There are 2 aqua parks,an adventure park and a zoo all within 45 mins too.
Whatever your interests or preferences, there is something nearby for everyone,which makes El Diamante the perfect base from which to explore.

The penthouse comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The penthouse has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this penthouse.

The penthouse is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The penthouse is right beside a beach, swimming, fishing, walking, cycling, a restaurant.

Close to the penthouse you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the penthouse you will find a zoo.

patricia says: "My husband, mother in law and 19 month old daughter and I stayed at El Diamonte for 10 days in october this year. we arrived very late (well after midnight!) and Mandy the agent was there to meet us, she was very helpful and friendly and gave us a good overview of the apartment and the area and even had milk and bread in the fridge for us! so nice of her. Sally was very professional and her apartment is like a home from home, everything provided and all exactly as described.There were even books, and CD's . I think we added another few to the library. We had hired a car but didnt use it that much once we arrived because the beach was on our doorstep and we could walk to sabinillas for food and eating out, it was a lovely holiday and everything was walking distance. We did a few day trips to gibraltar puerto buenos and a few other places (la duquesa has loads of lovely restaurants- 5 mins drive away), all lovely. The apartment was v safe for our toddler, she absolutely loved it! and had her own good quality travel cot. I cannot recommend the place and area highly enough, it was quiet in october but this was a family holiday and we wanted peace and quiet. weather was excellent too. Thanks again Sally and Mandy, will be in contact in 2008 with another booking!"
