Welcome to our apartment in Puerto de la Duquesa, one of the best kept secrets in the Costa del Sol.
Our apartment is a spacious 80m2 with an extra 14m2 balcony. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. The apartment sleeps 4 people. A cot and highchair for a baby is available on request. 100% cotton bedlinen and bath towels are provided. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower.
The kitchen has everything you could need including a dishwasher and microwave. It has its own breakfast area off to the side and a separate laundry with a washing machine and iron. The large sitting/dining room has a satellite television, video, DVD and stereo with a video library for quiet nights in.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated with marble floors throughout. It is on the first floor with views from the balcony to the blue flag sandy beach, the swimming pools and the gardens. You can eat your meals al fresco on the balcony.
 

This prestigious new complex has four pools altogether set in fabulous tropical gardens with direct access to the beach. There is a small gym, sauna and a paddleball court. There is a lift for easy access and a designated secure parking space beneath the block. 

The Marina de la Duquesa complex is in a quiet area on the seafront yet it is only 2 minutes from the marina and port area of Puerto de la Duquesa. There you will find numerous shops and bars, a bank with an ATM a newsagent, boutique, hairdresser and an internet cafe. Restaurants include cuisine from France, Italy, Thailand, China, India, Great Britain and Ireland as well as Spain.
The marina has more than 300 berths. There are no high rise hotels here to spoil the view. The blue flag beach stretches as far as Sabinillas and on to Estepona with children’s playgrounds. On the other side, it winds around the coast to Sotogrande. The waterfront is closed to traffic and in the summer there is a street market.  

We have a video library and a selection of books for a quiet night in. A high chair and babybed available on request for no charge

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The apartment has a sauna.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the apartment include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing balcony, sea views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find walking, cycling, golf, a zoo, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find historic sites, a theatre/cinema.

Surfing centre at Tarifa is one of the best in the Med.

Take a tour to the mountain villages or along the Andalucian coast.
