Welcome to our apartment in Puerto de la Duquesa, one of the best kept secrets in the Costa del Sol.
Our penthouse is a duplex, 80m2 with an extra 20m2 on 3 balconies. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin. The apartment sleeps 4 people. A cot and highchair for a baby is available on request. 100% cotton bedlinen and bath towels are provided. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi bath and one with a shower.
The kitchen has everything you could need including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The sitting/dining room has a flatscreen satellite television, DVD and stereo.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and heated with marble floors throughout. It is on the fourth and fifth floors with fantastic sea views up and down the coast.
Note that there are marble stairs so it is not recommended for toddlers. 

This new complex has three pools and a children’s pool as well as a small playground and paddleball court set in fabulous tropical gardens. There is a lift for easy access and a designated secure parking space beneath the block. 

The complex is in a quiet area yet it is only 3 minutes walk to the nearest shops in Monte de Duquesa plaza. The marina and port area of Puerto de la Duquesa is short walk further on. There you will find numerous shops and bars, a bank with an ATM, a newsagent, boutique, hairsalon and an internet cafe. Restaurants include cuisine from France, Italy, Thailand, China, India, Great Britain and Ireland as well as Spain.
The marina has more than 300 berths. There are no high rise hotels here to spoil the view. The blue flag beach stretches as far as Sabinillas and on to Estepona with children’s playgrounds. On the other side, it winds around the coast to Sotogrande. The waterfront is closed to traffic and in the summer there is a street market.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing balcony, sea views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, a zoo, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find historic sites.

Surfing centre at Tarifa is one of the best in the Med.

Take a tour to the mountain villages or along the Andalucian coast.

Michelle says: "The appartment was lovely. It had fantastic views and was in a good location. The appartment was at the top of a VERY steep hill so unless you are very fit or are hiring a car you will not like to go for a wonder around. The appartment itself had 24 hour security so we felt very safe and 3 swimming pools including a children's pool. It was everything we could have wanted and more which is why we are hoping to move there permanently in a few months time!!"
